Quality Review Task - How to complete them
As one of our top translators, we may need your expertise from time to time for quality checks! If you've received an email from us requesting such an evaluation, this guide will tell you everything you need to know about completing these tasks. With your help and expertise, we can ensure we are consistently delivering the best quality to our clients, as well as always striving to improve our current levels.

What is a quality review?
- A quality review is basically a brief review of a completed task from another translator qualified in the same language pair as you.
- It consists of you providing us with a verdict selection, as well as some helpful feedback which will help us identify what went wrong and why.
- This feedback will enable us to determine if either the translator, proofreader or both did not meet the expected quality for the task.
- Your verdict will be used alongside the feedback we obtain from the translator/proofreader, and will assist us in making our final decision about whether to withhold earnings, or potentially remove a translator from the current project.
How do I complete a quality review?
- During the review, you will first be notified about the expected quality for this task.
- Example: In this case Localization quality was expected.
Begin highlighting
- You will now be prompted to highlight the errors that you see within the translation.
- Please note: You do not need to highlight everything as this task should not take a great deal of time.
- If you find many errors, please highlight only a few and submit it as a bad quality verdict.
After completing this, you can then select "Confirm highlights and give a verdict".
Submit your verdict
You will now be requested to submit your verdict for the: Translator & proofreader / Post-Editor

Provide us with any additional feedback you feel would be relevant and useful for the translators.
Please note: Quality reviews should not take up too much time and should be a brief review of the task in order for us to determine the overall quality that was submitted.
