Reserving Tasks

  • For certain projects, we offer the option to reserve a specific number of words based on your availability.
  • This ensures that the requested task(s) are exclusively assigned to you within your dashboard, preventing other translators from accessing them or picking them up. 
  • Therefore, it's crucial to confirm your ability to complete the task within the designated time frame.
  • Please note: This is not an automatic process. If you would like us to reserve a task for you, please reach out to our support team at support@tolq.com. If the task is still available, we will gladly reserve it for you. 

How to identify a reserved task in the dashboard? 

  • Reserved tasks are displayed in the "Available Tasks" tab of your dashboard.
  • You can easily identify reserved tasks by the presence of a lock icon next to each task.

How can I request tasks to be reserved for me? 

  • Feel free to reach out to us to inquire about the possibility of reserving specific tasks. 
  • In some cases, especially for larger projects or batches, task reservation may be feasible.

What if I'm unable to complete a reserved task? 

If you realize that you won't be able to fulfill a task that has been reserved for you, please notify us as soon as possible by emailing support@tolq.com
