- This ensures that the requested task(s) are exclusively assigned to you within your dashboard, preventing other translators from accessing them or picking them up.
- Therefore, it's crucial to confirm your ability to complete the task within the designated time frame.
- Please note: This is not an automatic process. If you would like us to reserve a task for you, please reach out to our support team at support@tolq.com. If the task is still available, we will gladly reserve it for you.
How to identify a reserved task in the dashboard?
- Reserved tasks are displayed in the "Available Tasks" tab of your dashboard.
- You can easily identify reserved tasks by the presence of a lock icon next to each task.
How can I request tasks to be reserved for me?
- Feel free to reach out to us to inquire about the possibility of reserving specific tasks.
- In some cases, especially for larger projects or batches, task reservation may be feasible.
